Citrine’s white and blue visual world draws inspiration from the sea, sunlight and architecture of Greece. It is a celebration of Mediterranean freshness and hospitality.

The oil does not come from Santorini. Its authentic origin is Aetos in Messenia, where mountain olive groves and family stewardship give Citrine its true story.

The olive tree does not work to a fixed schedule. Each season develops differently, and the fruit must be watched closely so that it can be gathered when freshness and character are at their best.

Citrine is built around respect for that rhythm. Olives are selected around the early harvest, moved promptly and handled with care so that their fresh green qualities remain present in the final oil.

For our family, stewardship means caring for the land today while protecting its ability to keep giving in the future.

A family company rooted in Aetos, Messenia, Greece.

Citrine Luxury Olive Oil was founded by Stavros Politis and grew from a family connection to the olive groves of Aetos. That relationship with the land continues to shape the care given to the fruit, the harvest and the oil that eventually reaches the table.
