Understand the route
Review the offer, audience, channels, current pages and available evidence.
Funnels
When people find you through different channels, the next step should still make sense. I help map the route from an advert, search result or post to an enquiry, booking, purchase or agreed follow-up. We define the plan first, then agree which parts need to be built.

Recognise the situation
The outcome
The deliverable is a documented journey and a practical brief for the next stage. Depending on scope, it can identify entry points, audience questions, page requirements, response steps and who is responsible for each handoff. More qualified enquiries may be an intended outcome, but a plan alone cannot guarantee them.
For example, a service campaign could lead to a focused landing page, a short enquiry form and a defined human response. That is an illustrative route, not a completed project or a promise that every business needs those stages.
Possible scope
Services can be commissioned separately or combined. The proposal identifies the actual deliverables, client inputs and responsibilities.
The process
Review the offer, audience, channels, current pages and available evidence.
Identify what visitors need to understand at each stage and the action that follows.
Document priorities, deliverables, client inputs and implementation boundaries.
Provide the agreed map and briefs, or proceed to separately scoped production.

Scope and responsibilities
A funnel plan does not automatically include page development, advertising, copy production, CRM setup, email automation or ongoing management. Each required component is assessed and quoted. Software subscriptions, access and integration feasibility must be confirmed before implementation.
You remain responsible for accurate business and product facts, permission to share material, and approvals. Any tools, access, third-party costs and ongoing responsibilities are confirmed in the scope. If evidence is unavailable, that limitation is recorded rather than filled with invented results.
Frequently asked questions
A website is one possible part of the route. Funnel planning examines how people arrive, what they need to understand, which action follows and what happens after that action.
Yes. We can begin with existing pages and messages, then agree which gaps need assessment. A rebuild is not assumed.
No. The appropriate next step may be a human reply, booking or purchase. Automation is considered only if it serves the route and is feasible within the agreed scope.
Funnels is the service area. A Starter Funnel Pack is a separately scoped package; its quote defines the actual deliverables. You can also request a custom project.
No. Results depend on the offer, audience, traffic, implementation and response process. Measurement and ongoing improvement are included only if agreed.

A practical first step
Share what you offer, who you want to reach and where the current experience becomes difficult. I’ll review the enquiry and ask the questions needed to establish a proposed scope and investment.
