A clear place to start
What this package helps you do
Bring your business information, visual direction and website together so people can understand what you offer and how to contact you.
What I will do
Create the Brand Seed, agree a basic visual style and build up to five standard website pages with copy and an agreed enquiry destination.
What I need from you
Supply accurate business facts and assets, access to the site or hosting, and feedback at agreed review points.
What you receive
An approved Seed, concise style guide, agreed brand files and a tested core website prepared for launch.
What is separate
A shop, hosting and ongoing care are separate. The quote confirms the exact logo work and who publishes the site.
The standard package includes
- Holographic Brand Seed for one business within the agreed scope
- Basic visual identity or use of a suitable existing brand, with a concise style guide
- Mobile-responsive website of up to five standard pages, with copy
- Clear calls to action, one enquiry route, basic on-page SEO and analytics where supported
- Testing, launch preparation and handover
At completion
You receive an approved Brand Seed, concise visual guide, agreed brand files and a core website prepared for launch to a compatible hosting environment.
How the work progresses
- Develop and approve your Brand Seed.
- Agree the visual direction and how existing assets will be used.
- Develop the website structure, copy and pages for review.
- Test the enquiry route, prepare launch and hand over the agreed work.
Estimated timeframe: 4–6 weeks. Timeframes are estimates for the standard scope and are confirmed in your quote. They begin on the agreed start date once any agreed deposit, required information and access are received. Timely feedback and approvals help keep the project on schedule.
For website and campaign work, launch depends on approvals, account readiness and any required advertising budget.
Questions about Foundation Pack
For a fuller decision guide, read 18 questions from businesses in this situation.
How much will I need to write myself?
You provide knowledge and relevant source material about your business. The standard scope includes copy for the agreed website pages, developed from the approved Brand Seed and supplied information.
How are reviews and changes handled?
You review the work at agreed stages. The quote specifies the number of revision rounds, how to provide consolidated feedback and how changes outside the approved brief are handled.
Can I use my current logo or website?
Yes. I will review what you have and recommend what can be retained, improved or rebuilt. Any additional work is agreed before it begins.
What is a basic visual identity?
It is a limited visual foundation for the project, such as an agreed logo direction where needed, colours, typography and concise guidance. The quote confirms the exact design work, refinements and final files.
What is a standard website page?
A standard page is an agreed business information page with ordinary copy, images and a call to action. Large catalogues, complex sales pages and custom functionality are separately scoped.
Is an online shop included?
Online shops, large catalogues, extensive rebranding and advanced functionality are separately quoted.
What if I have already purchased a Brand Seed?
I will review the approved Seed and quote only the remaining work. There is no automatic fixed credit because the value depends on which parts of the Foundation are already complete and suitable.
What do you need from me?
Relevant business information, existing assets and account access, plus feedback and approvals at the agreed stages.
Are there additional costs?
Advertising spend, domains, hosting, paid software, third-party licences and ongoing management are separate unless the proposal states otherwise.
What happens after launch?
You receive the agreed handover. Ongoing campaign management, reporting, website care and updates can be quoted separately.
Who approves and owns the work?
You review and approve the agreed materials. Your proposal confirms the files, account access and ownership or usage rights, including any third-party licences.

Quick planning example
This package prepares your marketing. It does not include an active sales funnel, so there is no paid-ad sales forecast for it.

Explore Foundation + Starter FunnelPossible amount remaining
This is an estimate after direct sale costs and the package and ad spend shown, before other overhead or tax. Results may be lower, including zero sales.
What if fewer or more customers buy?
This compares customer volumes at half and 1.5 times the example. The package price, ad spend, profit per sale and repeat-order assumptions stay the same. These are sensitivity checks, not odds or promises.
- Half as many customers
- Example shown above
- 50% more customers
Strong creative can draw more attention, but qualified customers and sales still depend on demand, buyer fit, the offer, the page and your follow-up.
Add a closing ratio or past advertising results to explore possible sales. You can still see the sales target below.

The package alone does not determine sales. The steady example holds the number of potential buyers constant each month. An optional growth scenario changes when they arrive. Outcomes depend on actual demand, campaign results and the time it takes customers to buy. Sales after the selected period, other overhead and taxes are excluded.
The quick example uses hypothetical costs and conversion rates. South African ad costs differ by platform, industry and audience; no automatic local-market or creative uplift is assumed. Comparable past results help, but do not prove that every sale was caused by advertising.
