A clear place to start
What this package helps you do
When enquiries are not arriving as expected, it can be difficult to know where to begin. I look at the offer, the marketing and the path a customer follows, then explain what the available evidence suggests and what needs further investigation.
What I will do
Review your current offer, website, up to two channels and one customer journey; explain likely barriers in a written priority plan.
What I need from you
Share your current marketing, available results and the person who can answer business questions.
What you receive
A written diagnosis, ordered actions and a review conversation. Fixes are a separate project.
What is separate
The report identifies priorities. Fixes, new pages and campaign work are quoted separately.
The standard package includes
- A discovery session and review of your main offer and audience
- A review of one website, up to two marketing channels and one priority customer journey
- A review of available data and up to three relevant competitors
- A written diagnosis, prioritised action plan and review session
At completion
You receive a written assessment that separates observed issues, informed recommendations and unanswered questions, plus a prioritised action plan.
How the work progresses
- Discuss your business, goals and existing marketing.
- Review the agreed website, channels, customer journey and available data.
- Receive the written findings and prioritised recommendations.
- Discuss the results and decide what to do next.
Estimated timeframe: 1–2 weeks. Timeframes are estimates for the standard scope and are confirmed in your quote. They begin on the agreed start date once any agreed deposit, required information and access are received. Timely feedback and approvals help keep the project on schedule.
Questions about Marketing Diagnosis
For a fuller decision guide, read 18 questions from businesses in this situation.
How do you decide what the main problem is?
I examine the offer, messaging, customer journey and available evidence. The report separates observed problems from possible causes that need further investigation or testing.
What happens after I receive the report?
We discuss the findings. You can use the action plan independently or ask me to quote the improvements you decide to pursue.
What if I do not have analytics?
Your offer, messaging, website and enquiry route can still be reviewed. The findings will explain where evidence is limited and what could be measured in future.
Will you fix the issues?
The Diagnosis identifies issues and recommends next steps. Implementation is separately agreed and quoted.
Will it identify exactly why people are not buying?
Some issues can be observed directly. Others are hypotheses that require data or testing, so findings are presented with the relevant limits.
Can I use my existing brand or website?
Yes. I will review the material you already have and recommend what can be retained or improved. Any extra work is agreed before it begins.
What do you need from me?
Relevant business information, existing assets and account access, plus feedback and approvals at the agreed stages.
Are there additional costs?
Advertising spend, domains, hosting, paid software, third-party licences and ongoing management are separate unless the proposal states otherwise.
What happens after handover?
You receive the agreed final document and can use it to guide your next steps. Future updates or implementation can be quoted separately.
Who approves and owns the work?
You review and approve the agreed materials. Your proposal confirms the files, account access and ownership or usage rights, including any third-party licences.
What comes next?
Use the recommendations to decide whether you need targeted improvements, a Foundation or a funnel.

This package prepares your marketing but does not include an active sales funnel. See its price below, or choose a funnel package in the form to explore a possible advertising scenario.
The quick example uses hypothetical ad costs and conversion rates, not verified industry averages. Enter comparable past advertising results if you have them. No sales outcome is guaranteed.

Quick planning example
This package prepares your marketing. It does not include an active sales funnel, so there is no paid-ad sales forecast for it.

This is an estimate after direct sale costs and the package and ad spend shown, before other overhead or tax. Results may be lower, including zero sales.
What if fewer or more customers buy?
This compares customer volumes at half and 1.5 times the example. The package price, ad spend, profit per sale and repeat-order assumptions stay the same. These are sensitivity checks, not odds or promises.
- Half as many customers
- Example shown above
- 50% more customers
Strong creative can draw more attention, but qualified customers and sales still depend on demand, buyer fit, the offer, the page and your follow-up.
Add a closing ratio or past advertising results to explore possible sales. You can still see the sales target below.

The package alone does not determine sales. The steady example holds the number of potential buyers constant each month. An optional growth scenario changes when they arrive. Outcomes depend on actual demand, campaign results and the time it takes customers to buy. Sales after the selected period, other overhead and taxes are excluded.
The quick example uses hypothetical costs and conversion rates. South African ad costs differ by platform, industry and audience; no automatic local-market or creative uplift is assumed. Comparable past results help, but do not prove that every sale was caused by advertising.
