A clear place to start
What this package helps you do
A Top-Up adds a standard funnel for another opportunity while reusing suitable business information, brand assets and technical infrastructure.
What I will do
Use your approved brand assets and compatible setup to build one more landing page, ad set and response path for another agreed offer or audience.
What I need from you
Provide the new offer details, access, ad budget and a person to respond to enquiries.
What you receive
One additional tested funnel. New platforms, major integrations and ongoing management are separate.
What is separate
Ad spend, new platforms, major integrations and continuing management are separate.
The standard package includes
- One additional offer, audience, objective and funnel plan
- One landing page, enquiry or booking route and confirmation
- One channel concept and up to three static creative variations with copy
- Initial campaign setup, basic tracking, testing and handover where supported
At completion
You receive one additional connected journey ready for launch, subject to approvals, account access and any required advertising budget.
How the work progresses
After launch: I prepare and test the agreed funnel and hand over the agreed files and account access. You or your appointed person responds to enquiries. Advertising spend, ongoing ad management, reporting and optimisation are separate unless your quote includes them.
- Agree the additional offer, audience and action.
- Develop the message, landing page and campaign assets.
- Connect and test the enquiry route and available tracking.
- Complete launch checks and hand over the funnel.
Estimated timeframe: 2–4 weeks. Timeframes are estimates for the standard scope and are confirmed in your quote. They begin on the agreed start date once any agreed deposit, required information and access are received. Timely feedback and approvals help keep the project on schedule.
For website and campaign work, launch depends on approvals, account readiness and any required advertising budget.
Questions about Funnel Top-Up
For a fuller decision guide, read 18 questions from businesses in this situation.
How do we measure the additional funnel?
We agree an action such as an enquiry or booking and set up basic tracking where supported. Ongoing reporting and optimisation can be separately agreed.
Who responds to new enquiries?
Enquiries go to the agreed destination. You or your appointed person follows up; additional automation can be separately scoped.
Does every product need a separate funnel?
Not always. Related offers may work well on one journey. I will discuss whether the audience, message and desired action warrant a separate funnel.
Why is the Top-Up less than the Starter Funnel?
The standard price assumes the approved brand information, visual assets and compatible infrastructure can be reused.
What if I need a new platform or complex integration?
Substantial new research, platform setup or complex integrations are assessed and separately quoted.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Advertising spend and ongoing campaign management are separate unless agreed in the proposal.
Can I use my existing brand or website?
Yes. I will review the material you already have and recommend what can be retained or improved. Any extra work is agreed before it begins.
What do you need from me?
Relevant business information, existing assets and account access, plus feedback and approvals at the agreed stages.
Are there additional costs?
Advertising spend, domains, hosting, paid software, third-party licences and ongoing management are separate unless the proposal states otherwise.
What happens after launch?
You receive the agreed handover. Ongoing campaign management, reporting, website care and updates can be quoted separately.
Who approves and owns the work?
You review and approve the agreed materials. Your proposal confirms the files, account access and ownership or usage rights, including any third-party licences.

Explore what your marketing investment could return
Explore a planning scenario using clearly stated assumptions. If you have comparable past advertising results, you can add them for a more personal estimate. The quick example uses hypothetical ad costs and conversion rates, not verified industry averages. Your own comparable past results are more useful. No result is a sales guarantee.

Quick planning example
This package prepares your marketing. It does not include an active sales funnel, so there is no paid-ad sales forecast for it.

Explore Foundation + Starter FunnelPossible amount remaining
This is an estimate after direct sale costs and the package and ad spend shown, before other overhead or tax. Results may be lower, including zero sales.
What if fewer or more customers buy?
This compares customer volumes at half and 1.5 times the example. The package price, ad spend, profit per sale and repeat-order assumptions stay the same. These are sensitivity checks, not odds or promises.
- Half as many customers
- Example shown above
- 50% more customers
Strong creative can draw more attention, but qualified customers and sales still depend on demand, buyer fit, the offer, the page and your follow-up.
Add a closing ratio or past advertising results to explore possible sales. You can still see the sales target below.

The package alone does not determine sales. The steady example holds the number of potential buyers constant each month. An optional growth scenario changes when they arrive. Outcomes depend on actual demand, campaign results and the time it takes customers to buy. Sales after the selected period, other overhead and taxes are excluded.
The quick example uses hypothetical costs and conversion rates. South African ad costs differ by platform, industry and audience; no automatic local-market or creative uplift is assumed. Comparable past results help, but do not prove that every sale was caused by advertising.
